Welcome to Contours Concierge!

By booking and receiving services with us, you agree to the following Terms and Services:

1. Services Provided
We provide concierge services for aesthetic treatments, including Dysport, filler injectables, and a variety of skincare products. All services are performed by a licensed professional to ensure the highest standard of care and results.

2. Consultation and Booking
Consultation Fee: A consultation is required for all new clients, and a non-refundable consultation fee of $50 is due upon booking. This fee will be applied towards the service cost if you choose to proceed with treatment within 30 days of the consultation.
Concierge Fee: A $75 concierge fee is applied for in-home services. This fee is waived if the client opts to visit our location for their appointment.

3. Payment and Prepayment Requirements
For appointments requiring prepayment, please complete the payment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm your booking.
Payment for skincare products is due at the time of purchase and is non-refundable once opened.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation Fee: We understand that life can be unpredictable; however, to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the amount of your appointment prepayment, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If you cancel within the 24-hour window or fail to show for your appointment, the full prepayment amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For rescheduling, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the products and services offered, all service sales and skincare product purchases are final.
Refunds are not provided for completed services, but if you have concerns about your results, please contact us for a follow-up appointment.

6. Medical Conditions and Liability
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, allergies, and any recent treatments that may affect service results. We reserve the right to refuse services if we believe they are not in the client’s best interest.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions or results arising from undisclosed medical conditions or the misuse of skincare products.

7. Consent and Waivers
All clients must sign a consent form prior to treatment. This ensures that you fully understand the procedure, potential risks, and expected outcomes.

8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. All client information is kept confidential and will only be shared as required by law or to provide your treatment.
